Yamuntori(temple devoted of the goddess Yamuna), Gangotri (origin of the River Ganges and seat of the goddess Ganga), Kedarnath(one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, the holiest Hindu shrines of Lord Shiva) and Badrinath (temple devoted of the Lord Vishnu) are the holy places which make up the Char Dham Yatra in Garhwal.

Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Airport in Delhi, you’ll meet your tour representative who will assist you with your luggage and provide you with any necessary instructions for the Yatra. The representative will give you an overview of the entire Yatra, explaining the schedule, travel logistics, and any important tips (e.g., things to carry, local customs, etc.) . After your introduction, you will start your journey to Haridwar by road. The drive takes about 4-5 hours (around 240 km), depending on traffic and road conditions.Check into the hotel arrival in Haridwar. Evening visit Mansa Devi Temple S Ganga aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Dinner S Overnight stay at Haridwar.
An Evening at Ganga aarti Haridwar: The Ganga Aarti in Haridwar's Har-ki-Pauri is one of the famous rituals in India. It starts at around 6.30pm after sunset, with large crowds gathered around both the banks of a canal that carries the waters of Ganges. Loud speakers blare songs in praise of Ganga Maiya and Shiva. The time of Aarti sees a bustle of activity on the ghats; a pack of diya comes fully equipped and is self-sufficient! It has a wick lamp surrounded by flowers. It lasted for around 30 min.
Morning After breakfast (packed breakfast) Check out from the Hotel S drive to Barkot via Dehradun S Mussoorie. Enroute visit Kempty Fall and later continue to drive to Barkot, Check into the Hotel. Overnight stay at Barkot.
Early morning after breakfast (packed breakfast), drive to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti S trek from here to Yamunotri (6kms) (Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost). After taking a bath in Jamunabai Kund’s warm water, cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "Prasad". Having Darshan of “Yamunaji” returns to Jankichatti by trek. Overnight stay at Barkot.
Hanuman Chatti: The confluence of Hanuman Ganga S Yamuna River.
Yamunotri Temple: Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century. It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again.Surya Kund: There are a Number of thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple, which flows into numerous pools. The most important of these is Surya Kund.Divya Shila: A rock pillar, worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple.
Yamunotri- Yamunotri is situated in the western region of the Garhwal Himalayas and is at a height of 3,235 meters above sea level. Yamunotri is the source of the river Yamuna.The shrine of Yamunotri is located on the Bandar Poonch peak.
Morning after leisurely breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Uttarkashi. Evening visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi. Dinner S Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Uttarkashi: Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi. The temple of Lord Vishwanath is located here where a massive iron trident is erected. The other important temples situated here are Ekadash Rudra, Bhairav, Gyaneshwar and Goddess Kuteti Devi.
Early morning (packed breakfast) drive to Gangotri(3048 mts), enroute at Gangnani take a holy dip in Garam Kund, have bath drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil Valley. Harsil is famous for its natural beauty and for the majestic views of the Deodar trees and mountains.
On arrival at Shree Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and Darshan, after that relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. Later drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Gangotri- Gangotri is the place high in the Garhwal Himalayas from where the holy Ganges originates. According to the legend, it was here the Ganga descended on the earth, when Lord Shiva released the mighty river from the locks of his hair. The temple of Gangotri, dedicated to Goddess Ganga stands on the bank of the river.
Morning after breakfast, drive to Guptkashi via Moolgarh S Lambgoan. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drives alongside the river to reach Guptkashi, and visits Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptkashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi
Heights: 3584 MTS:- Morning after breakfast drive to Gaurikund, Trek start from Gaurikund to Shri Kedarnath ji (3584 mts) on foot or on by pony / Doli. Yatra members should carry personal medicines, heavy woolen, toiletries and clothes for an overnight halt at Shri Kedarnath. Check in at the hotel. After freshening up, visit Shri Kedarnath ji Temple S perform Pooja. In the evening also visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the Temple. Overnight stay at Kedarnath hotel.
Shri Kedarnath- is a majestic sight, standing in the middle of a wide plateau surrounded by lofty snow Covered peaks. The temple of Kedarnath, located at a height of 3,581 mts, stands at the head of the Mandakini river. The present temple, built in the 8th century by Adi Shankaracharya, stands adjacent to the site of an earlier temple built by the Pandavas. The inner walls of the assembly hall are decorated with figures of various deities and scenes from mythology. Outside the temple door a large statue of the Nandi Bull stands as guard. It is said that devotees who die here become one with Shiva himself.
{19kms(trek)/32kms 6hrs} Height: 3584 MTS:- On this day we will stay in Sitapur to keep a buffer time in hand to handle any last moment delay because of bad weather or any technical or medical reason. This is the best way to arrange an itinerary or program for both trekkers and flyers to Shri Kedarnath Ji. In lack of geographical knowledge and climate conditions of this divine land some passengers or some
travel agents or tour operators use to keep neck to neck to program for 02 nights in Kedarnath Ji region this always creates problems and they themselves use to disturb their further program. You should cover the sight-sing or Darshan of Shri Triyugi Narayan Temple (Optional and Chargeable Extra) for maximum use of this day if we stay in Guptkashi/Sitapur.
Morning after breakfast, drive to Shri Badrinath. Check in to the hotel arrival in Shri Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Tapt Kund have the Darshan of Badrivishal S Aarti in the evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spots like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the “Mukh” of the Saraswati River. Just within the three kms of Badrinathjee. Overnight stay at Shri Badrinath.
Shri Badrinath- Shri Badrinath is one of the most important of all the four(Char) Dhams in India. This temple is located between Nar S Narayan mountain ranges and in the shadow of Nilkantha peak at the height of 3,133 mts. It is the most popular of Vishnu pilgrimages among the five Badries, also known as Vishal Badri.
TaptKund:Natural thermal springs on the bank of the river Alaknanda, where it is customary to bathe before entering the Badrinath temple.
NaradKund:A recess in the river, near Tapt Kund, forming a pool from where the Badrinath idol was recovered.
MataMurtyTemple:Devoted to the mother of Sri Badrinathji. Other important temples include SeshNetra Temple, Urvashi Temple and Charanpaduka
ManaVillage:Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet.
BhimPul:On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge lies over the roaring Saraswati River. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.
VyasGufa(cave):Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.
Morning after breakfast, driver for Rudraprayag via Pipalkoti. On the way, visit Narsingh Temple in Joshimath and later drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Check into the hotel arrival in Pipalkoti/ Joshimath/ Srinagar/ Rudraprayag.
Overnight stay at Pipalkoti/ Joshimath/ Srinagar/ Rudraprayag.
Rudraprayag:One of the holy prayag of five famous prayag of Uttarakhand. Confluence of River Alaknanda and Mandakini.
Narsingh Temple: This is an ancient temple of Lord Vishnu in Narsingh Avtar and main temple of Joshimath. When Badrinath temple remains closed during winter every year, one idol of Lord Badri is brought to Narsingh temple and worshiped for six months.
Morning after breakfast, drive for Haridwar via Rishikesh. Rishikesh Place of sages’ is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when Raibhya Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of ” Hrishikesh ” and this area henceforth came to be known as Rishikesh. Later visit RishikeshTemples Sightseeing – LaxmanJhulla, Ram Jhulla. Stay at Haridwar.
Morning, after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive back to Delhi. On Arr. Delhi, transfer to Railway Station/Airport.

General Information to Travelers
- Tour Briefing: On the evening of the first day, our team will conduct a detailed tour briefing at the hotel in Dehradun. During this session, important information and travel guidelines will be shared. Additionally, your body weight will be recorded as part of the mandatory procedure. All guest are requested to attend this important briefing.
- Weight: The maximum weight limit in the helicopter is 450 kg, with a total of six seats available. The weight limit in the helicopter is subject to weather conditions and the machine’s capacity. Therefore, the final decision on the safe weight limit for each flight will be made by the pilot.
- Duffel Bag: Each participant will be provided with a duffel bag to pack essential items, with a maximum weight limit of 5 kg. Only one duffel bag with maximum weight of 5 Kg will be allowed per passenger. Larger luggage and suitcases are not allowed on the helicopter and can be safely stored in the hotel cloakroom.
- Packing Guidelines: Please travel light, as your journey includes helicopter travel. Pack only essential items such as a few sets of clothes, warm innerwear, and a light jacket. Pooja items are readily available at all Dhams, so there is no need to carry them with you.
- Flight Timings: This is a daily fixed helicopter tour operated under an NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator Permit). The departure schedule for each destination is planned by the helicopter company. Therefore, passengers are required to report to the helipad strictly as per the given schedule. However, we reserve the right to change or postpone the flight timings, if necessary.
- High Altitude Sickness: Symptoms such as headache, nausea, ear pain, breathlessness, and low oxygen levels are common at high altitudes. Generally, healthy individuals do not require any special precautions. However, it is advisable to consult your doctor before the trip for guidance, especially since you’ll be traveling in the high-altitude Himalayan region
- Respect for Nature: Follow local customs and regulations. Please avoid littering and show respect for the sanctity of the pilgrimage sites.
- Photography: Feel free to capture beautiful moments, but kindly observe local guidelines and any restrictions regarding photography.

Covid travel Guidelines
Covid protocols must be adhered by the passengers as per the effective mandate of the government. Without adhering to the government guidelines, boarding shall be denied to the passengers without refund.
Seating Capacity
The seating capacity of our helicopter is 06 passengers.
Overweight Charges
Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 2,500/kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg. But excess weight will only be calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible weight = 75 Kg x (No. of pax).
Discrepancy & Exceedance of Weight:
Passengers must submit their accurate weights at the time of booking. Passengers are strictly advised to provide accurate weight. If there are any discrepancy found in a passenger’s declared weight at the time of weighing a penalty of INR 20,000 will be imposed, along with overweight charges as per the overweight criteria.
Please note: While submitting the body weight, please keep in view that you submit your final weight on the higher side, after adding extra weight of your clothes and shoes.
Arrival date
Your arrival date should be one day prior to the flying date.
Cancellation Policy
- If passengers cancel their booking, following cancellation charges will be applicable.
- More than 31 Days prior to travel date INR 25,000 Per Person will be deducted
- 30 to 20 days prior to travel date: 25% of total tour cost will be deducted
- 19 to 15 days prior to travel date 50% of total tour cost will be deducted
- 14 – 08 days prior to travel date: 75% of total tour cost will be deducted
- 07 Days or less prior to travel date: No Refund
- No show: No Refund.
- After commencement of the tour: No Refund.
UNCOVERED DHAM REFUND
In the event of missing any Dham due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons a refund of INR 15,000 per person / per Dham will be provided.
RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING
- Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 10% of the total tour cost.
- This will be permitted only if informed at least 30 days before the arrival date.
- In case rescheduling is requested less than 30 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, & and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.
- We accept payments via bank transfers, cheque, and UPI
- The booking is to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the total amount
- The full payment should be completed at least 15 days prior to the travel date
- Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour unless full and final payment for the tour has been completed.
- We shall not be held responsible for any medical emergencies that may occur on the ground during the yatra. For your own safety and well-being, all passengers are strongly advised to consult a doctor and undergo a medical check-up before starting the journey, especially if they have any pre-existing medical conditions.
- In the event that medical evacuation by helicopter is required, it will be chargeable at INR 1,50,000 per hour, plus UCADA royalty, landing charges, and applicable GST.
Bad weather and Force Majeure Policies
- In the event of flight cancellations or delays caused by adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or any other force majeure circumstances beyond our control, the Company shall not be held liable. Any inconvenience resulting from such cancellations or delays is outside the operator’s responsibility. Accordingly, no compensation or reimbursement will be provided for accommodation, transportation, meals, or any other additional expenses incurred by passengers due to flight cancellations.
- In case the tour departure does not take place from Dehradun on Day One due to above reasons, the tour will be considered as cancelled and a refund or a credit note will be given as per our refund policies. However, in case the passengers would like to consider taking the tour on the next available date, a fresh booking can be made. Our team will propose the available options to the passengers. The balance/unutilized amount against previous booking can be adjusted against the fresh booking. And any extra costs that would be accruing, will have to be borne by the passengers.
- In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package days, but without any extension of days.
- Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
- In case for 05 straight days flying does not take place, a refund / a credit note will be given as per our policies to the passengers.
- In case of passengers get stuck at Kedarnath top due to bad weather or Force Majeure, the accommodation charges at Kedarnath will be borne by the guest directly.
- Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on direct payment basis if they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons over and above the 5N/6D period.
- We suggest all passengers keep one extra day after the 5-night/6-day tour, in case of delays due to bad weather or other unexpected reasons, so they don’t miss their return flights.
- Any increase in government levies or taxes, after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be done before the commencement of tour.
- Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Haridwar Jurisdiction
